"How much is postage?"
- Postage within mainland UK on all items is **Free** (Standard 2-3 days)
- Priority shipping (1-2 days) available for UK at £7.50
- All other postage costs are show on the items product page and at checkout.
Please enter your address at checkout, and once completed, the postage relevant to your location will be applied to the final balance and displayed to you before payment is due. If your order is for mainland UK, your postage will be free unless priority postage selected.
You'll be asked also to provide an email address, this is so we can send your electronic receipt to you as soon as the payment is complete (don't worry, we won't send you spam).
"Do you accept all payments?"
Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as Paypal. Our stores payment section uses and Encrypted Payments Gateway, which will process your card payment quickly and securely.
If you wish to use PayPal, then simply click the PayPal tab rather then the card option and you'll be taken to the PayPal page where you can confirm you details and complete the payment.
As above, you'll be asked to provide an email address, and this is so we can send your electronic receipt to you as soon as the payment is complete.
Payments are taken in UK Current (£) - if purchasing from outside the UK, your card provider will calculate the currency exchange automatically.
"How will my item be sent?"
All items in the UK are sent securely via Royal Mails Standard Signed-For service.
All items outside of the UK are sent securley via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
In the event you are out, or unavailable to receive your item, a notification card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery, or collect from your local depot. Please ensure this is left no longer than 14 days as the item will be returned otherwise.
"How quickly can I expect to receive my item?"
Barello aim to dispatch all items the day after your order, from Monday to Thursday. Items ordered on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
UK items should reach you 2-3 days after you receive your dispatch notification.
Items being sent within Europe should take 4-6 days.
Items being sent to rest of world should take 6-8 days.
Please note that whilst we do make every effort to get items dispatched in a timely manor, once items are overseas and have left the jurisdiction of the Royal Mail, they can take a little longer to arrive depending on the efficiency of local sorting offices.
"How will my item be packaged?"
Each Barello item comes with its own tag, and we carefully bubble wrap all items to ensure they are safe during transit. Your item will be sent in a heavy duty mail bag for extra security.
"What if I want to return my item?"
Our aim is to provide an outstanding quality, real leather bag at an fair price, along with a great buying experience, but we understand from time to time customers may want to return a gift or an item just might not be quite right. We offer a simple returns policy - provided the item is unused and with its original packaging, please return it to us with a copy of your e-recpeit or a note with your details and order number and we will re-imburse you.
In the unlikely event there is a problem or fault with your item, please drop us a line and we'll have this rectified for you swiftly!
"What are your postage costs for multiple items or bulk purchases?"
We often have customers wanting to purchase multiple items from us for gifts or for friends. Should you wish to buy several items, please contact us using the contact form on the main page and we'll be happy to discuss bespoke postage options with you.
